Overview:
The agency is a brand and retail design consultancy based in Birmingham and Amsterdam. They are seeking a Digital Designer that can demonstrate world class design skills in line with their ambition to be an internationally acclaimed design agency.
The role is broad so you should be comfortable operating across multiple channels in a variety of categories. Your work will be realised as ideas, concepts, campaigns, interactions, immersive experiences, on-line and social. You are passionate about brand design, digital interfaces, technology and innovation, with a folio full of digital graphic expressions that inspire, engage and deliver both positive creative and commercial results. A finely tuned strategic mindset is essential, as is a desire to craft and deliver highly effective solutions.

Key attributes:
- A Graphic/Digital Design degree
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role, either client or agency side
- Develop a clear understanding of the project, creative, deadlines and timelines to ensure all work is complete on time, to a high standard and client expectations are exceeded
- Devise creative solutions that result in highly engaging digital touchpoints for customer journeys on our medium to large projects
- Be proactive and maintain a continual awareness of client and competitor digital design activity as well as current, relevant brand, digital and technology trends
- Proven track record in all stages of the design process from creative idea generation to development and artwork for digital publishing
- Ability to effectively work on multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and deliver under pressure
- Strong creative, typographic & editorial layout skills
- Strong visual & verbal design communication skills
- Highly skilled across the Adobe CC Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Dreamweaver
- Familiar with HTML, CSS, Invision
- Knowledge of Blender, V-Ray, ZBrush, Cinema 4D, SketchUp is advantageous
- Commercial awareness, initiative and desire to learn
- Able to respond well to constructive feedback
