Junior creative team

Our wonderful independent, creative agency, client is looking for a permanent creative team c. £30K.

They are seeing rapid client growth and are ready to build again slowly after the last 15 months being busy but staying lean!

This is a great opp for an exciting junior team who want a smaller agency, with a variety of clients and media, exposure to all projects: not just TVC , exposure to brand projects, strategic projects, digital/social. This is a great role for a team that want to be in the thick of it.

You could be a talented team on the internship circuit with a number of gigs under you belt and still looking for the right home, or may be you have 1-2 years agency experience and are hungry for opportunity. Either way, we are looking for clever, motivated, funny, friendly people who are passionate about advertising in  all it's forms.

It's such a tight team you will have direct day to day opportunity to work with the ECD as well as the senior team, head of design, mid weight team and designer/artworker.

Overall they are a great bunch of people and in a smaller environment you will move more quickly, work at the heart of a team and see you ideas get made! , The agency is moving to a hybrid model. 2 days a week working in the office.

No sponsorship possible. You must be a creative team based in the UK and happy to work in the London agency at least 2 days a week.
