As an advanced user of Klaviyo as a marketing platform, you will help this creative agency get the most out of it for an exciting alcohol start-up brand which is gaining a high profile in the UK and with good reason along with their automotive clients.
Setting up consistent best practice templates that can reduce campaign delivery times
Working through a backlog of automations throughout the customer journey against specific segments
Provide an understanding of unique volumes , assisting in providing insight on volume selections
Experience of 3rd party plug in opportunities in e-commerce
Work with CRM strategists to implement testing recommendations by communication type
Introduce the business to more advanced components of Klaviyo to support ambitions around personalisation
Set up campaign reporting
Identify opportunities to use advanced capabilities of Klaviyo like predictive analytics
Identify opportunities to expand campaign automations into additional channels – eg SMS and paid social
Support our ecommerce client team on defining a consistent approach to integrating Klaviyo site tags into the e-commerce site through GTM
Implementation of a contact strategy within Klaviyo to manage over contacting and prioritising the right message
Advanced experience using Klaviyo
Proven background in defining a campaign development process with clear owners and responsibilities
Excellent writing and communication skills
Ideally worked in an agency environment but not essential
Worked within automotive, alcohol or FMCG sectors
Strong team player able to work at all levels
