Managing Director / CEO

DMCG Global has been retained by one of the world’s most renowned, desirable, and forward thinking advertising and digital creative agencies to identify a new Managing Director/CEO for their Hong Kong office. With over 1600 staff globally, Hong Kong acts as a key APAC office.
 
This Managing Director/CEO role is fully responsible and accountable for driving the growth of our client on Hong Kong. The Managing Director/CEO will continuously assess the company strategy, financial and talent plans, and execute these plans through active, strong, inspiring market leadership.
 
The Managing Director/CEO will work closely with the APAC Regional Team to develop our client into an industry leading force in terms of performance and reputation.
 
This role reports to the APAC CEO based in Singapore. You will also be tasked to work in collaboration with the CEO of one of our clients sister agencies in Hong Kong, our client’s technology partner within the Group, to define, pursue and execute growth opportunities.
 
Experience of working within a world class advertising, digital, media, creative agency is key. If you speak Cantonese, Mandarin it’s a HUGE plus, but not essential.
 
This role is open to established Managing Director’s/CEO’s or those that are up and coming, and ready to make their mark within one of the world’s finest agencies.
