DMCG Global has been retained by one of the world’s most progressive, exciting and fast paced CPG / FMCG design and brand agencies to identify a new Managing Director / General Manager for their growing New York City office.
Our client is a well-known CPG / FMCG design and brand agency with studio’s in the USA, Europe and Asia. Collectively they are around 250 strong, with NYC being 50. Plans are to double in the next 12-24 months as they are currently enjoying unrivalled success, despite C-19.
We are looking for a strategic thinker and leader. Someone with P&L responsibility, and the ability to lead a team of 50. It is important that this Managing Director / General Manager has experience of working in the USA, or is based in the USA. Our client will help relocate, however due to the current climate it would be very advantageous if you are currently residing in the USA now. Experience of working within a brand and design based agency would be a huge plus.
Culture is as important as experience. We are looking for a Managing Director / General Manager who is both confident and opinionated, but has the ability to listen and mentor.
