Managing Director - Technology

DMCG Global is currently looking for a Managing Director (or a Senior Director if with less experience) with a primary focus to manage a large global portfolio for a key Chinese technology client. They will be expected to independently and profitably lead, manage and grow this major client relationship with revenue targets.
 
Our client is a world-class PR agency with in excess of 1500 staff globally and with over 20 offices around the world. Hong Kong acts as their APAC HQ with 100+ staff.
 
The core responsibilities will be to manage a significant portfolio of a Chinese technology client, demonstrate the ability to profitably grow the client and build long-term relationships. You will be a knowledge leader and trusted advisor for C-Suite executives within the client organization, providing strategic counsel to clients and resolve major concerns in order to achieve outstanding results with a long-term perspective
 
We are looking for a Managing Director / Senior Director with around least 15 + years of related public relations and communication experience, agency background is preferred.
 
You MUST have strong knowledge in technology (both B2B and B2C), corporate communication, crisis/issue management space, with solid experience in leading and running global communications programs. Someone who is happy to be hands-on managing Chinese clients (i.e. China-going-global client portfolio).
