Mid Weight Creative

We’re looking for a creative team to join a growing digital agency and inspire and strengthen new wins and existing clients. This team specialises in crafting digital campaigns for huge international clients and a list fashion brands.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Working across teams and time zones, you’ll be developing winning concepts and top-notch content for A list clients.
• Pitching directly to our client, you’ll be shaping and selling concepts for a plethora of digital touchpoints: social campaigns, branded content, and more.
• You’ll create not just what the client asked for, but what their campaign needs—producing, and presenting, beautifully designed decks that tick all the boxes and surpass expectations.
• Working on multiple projects at once, you’ll go above and beyond each brief to challenge what’s possible on both a creative and a technical level.
• You’ll show your client insights into their audiences and how to capture their attention.

Requirements:

• For this full-time, mid-level position, we’re looking for a creative team with digital experience in an international environment.
• As showcased in your award-winning portfolio, you bring 3+ years worth of experience with A-listers to the table.
• You have proven experience creating effective concepts for digital campaigns, using a combination of film, imagery, and animation.
• We’re an international company, as is this client, so your control of the English language needs to be above average — English doesn’t have to be your first language, but you do need to be able to sell your ideas in it.
• You’re equally capable and confident in working for a high-end brands.
• You’re looking for high-profile projects and aren’t afraid of tight turnarounds.
• Our Creative Lead can rely on you to run the creative parts of a pitch or project independently.
• You can produce concepts from scratch as well as enhance ideas started by others.
