Our client is an award-winning, lead creative agency working with top FMCG brand clients. They integrate digital thinking in to every brief from the very start which means the right work is made, that works on every screen. It's also fun and dynamic work your friends and family will see.
  
The agency comprises 45 full time people and is based near London Bridge in a great space.
  
This new role is to replace a member of the team who has decided to move out of London. We are helping them to find a digitally-led designer at c. £30K salary who will be the go-to for all of the web, interactive and email projects. Ideally the designer will have broad digital design experience and will be truly passionate about digital and really keen to help elevate the agency's offering.

Your passion for digital design must come through in your folio site, and will show that you are a creative thinking designer, not just someone to follow and roll out brand guidelines.
  
This is a junior-level mid weight role and so you will not be expected to know everything and lead projects but we are looking for an active contributor, with great ideas, wanting to push ideas for the best results, passionate about developments in digital tech and of course, with a beautiful folio (which will be an exciting digital folio!) showing your design prowess.

The creative team is fairly small: 8 creatives and designers. The work you will be responsible for will involve day to day interaction with the creatives and working closely with a developer. The work will include promotional activation websites, interactive design, play and engage work including some gamification and opportunities to integrate AR and VR and motion; social campaigns and emails.
