They use their full-service mix of experts across branding, PR, advertising, content, digital, social media, sponsorship, and media planning, to help established financial services brands and new challengers build deeper brand-customer relationships.
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
You will work with the Head of Digital Development and the Senior Developer to ensure their increasing digital output is kept at a high quality. The role is predominantly a Front-end development role but will also require some digital advertising development utilizing HTML5 and motion animation.

You will work with the Head of Digital Development and the Senior Developer to ensure their increasing digital output is kept at a high quality. The role is predominantly a Front-end development role but will also require some digital advertising development utilizing HTML5 and motion animation.
The core things you will be expected to be involved in are:
- Help to mentor junior developers in the FE team
- Building websites, apps, emails, and digital creative.
- Slice designs from Photoshop, XD InDesign, and Illustrator
- Use HTML <table> markup and MJML to build HTML emails.
- Lead on the selected web builds and assist others.
- Support the rest digital development team in digital deliveries.
- Manage the delivery of multiple projects at one time.
- Ensure quality control of final output before is sent to the client for review.
- Be up to date with digital trends.
- Make decisions and resolve problems quickly and effectively (or suggest a range of alternative solutions).
- Having 2-3 years of commercial agency-side experience in a similar role.
- Having a solid understanding of the digital production process and being passionate about digital communications
- Excellent Semantic HTML markup.
- CSS3 with SCSS/SASS experience.
- JavaScript including proficient use of React and other JS frameworks like Next.js.
- Experience in implementing responsive layouts with CSS scaffolding frameworks like Bootstrap / Foundation
- HTML5 Banner software experience ideally with Greensock / Adobe Animate / Google web designer / Native HTML5 animation.
- Banner platform experience (Google studio / Flashtalking / Adform)
- Comfortable on both Mac & PCs
- Headless CMS experience (Contentful / Heartcore/ Umbraco)
- Source control experience (Git / Sourcetree / Bitbucket)
- Some experience with JS task runners (Webpack / Grunt / Gulp)
