A progressive and unique London based leadership/management consultancy are looking for an Operations Assistant to join them to work alongside their leadership team. The role really suits someone with 6 months+ in Operations/Programme Co-ordination.
They are looking for someone extremely organised to work in programme management,
who can schedule and administer both internal and external programmes with a blend of proactiveness and reactiveness in a fast changing and dynamic calendar for their clients. You will be working across multiple touchpoints, including the internal leadership team, external consultants and most importantly with senior clients - communication skills will be key!
What can separate you from other applicants? If you can bring any skills across Marketing, Social Media, Human Resources, Finance and/or central operations that will be great as your responsibilities will grow with your experience, skills, knowledge and capabilities. Full training and support will be given.
