The successful candidate will assist in building revenues from a variety of established and new business clients across print, digital and at events (face-to-face and virtual). This involves working directly with clients and in house teams to create long-lasting partnerships.
Description of the role
The successful candidate will assist in building revenues from a variety of established and new business clients, in print, online and at events (face-to-face and virtual). This will involve working directly with clients and the team to create long-lasting partnerships.
They value creativity and so are keen to explore new ideas from all members of the team.
The role reports directly to the Senior Commercial Partnerships Manager.
 
Responsibilities
  • Hit sales/ revenue targets set out by line manager
  • Work to other KPIs including call and meeting targets
  • Sourcing and closing (own and provided) leads
  • Own day-to-day Administration – sales orders/ledgers/invoicing/contracts/prepayments/updating CRM
  • Basic understanding of client industry and market
  • Management of Google AdManager account
  • Prepare and maintain reports for line manager
  • Liaise with Production team ensuring artwork is delivered on time and to spec
  • Work with Accounts to ensure no payment related issues.
  • Assist with chasing of artwork and payment, when appropriate
