DMCG Global is working with a leading AI company who is looking for a Pharma Lead in the EU.
This Pharma Lead will be enabling their key clients to implement, read, understand and make the most of their Insights / Analytics products. Helping clients review their strategy based on key behavioural analytics and prepare for next steps, including digital marketing campaigns using Smart Ads and ONE Market.
Key responsibilities & duties
Lead a team of analysts in charge of analysing AI Powered analytical insights.
Liaise with clients from the beginning to the end of the insights projects, all the way from preparing an accurate & informative brief, to interpreting & using the results delivered by the AI engine
Analyse the outputs obtained from Market Finder and make recommendations to the clients on how they may use it to improve their own strategy, communications.
Present the results to the client stakeholders, tackle objections and recommend solutions.
Help clients plan their communications/message to their creative team based on the insights results.
Provide training to clients or channel partners who need to understand how to make use of the company’s suite of products
Assist the sales team on pitches for new business opportunities, in a sales engineering capacity (demos & technical enquiries)
Have the ability to present / pitch the technology to potential clients in the absence of a sales person
Assist account managers to up-sell by encouraging clients to move forward after the insights projects. This can take place either by making use of their insights through other products (One Market Targeting & Smart ads) or by extending the scope of the insights work (to other regions / brands / countries)
Master in Business Management, preferably combined with some degree of tech education & business intelligence analytics
Work Experience & Skills Needed
Strong background in Pharma with established network a must
Able to apply logic & creative thinking
Problem solver, able to filter, analyse/summarise massive chunks of data and draw conclusions quickly out of it
Excellent organisational skills and able to multitask
Excellent communication skills, able to speak with authority, pitch ideas, convince, tackle objections to influence clients in making meaningful decisions
Proficient on Excel, Microsoft Suite & business intelligence tools
