One of the opportunities will be focused on working with their largest FMCG client and the other is to work on a large household brand e-retailer. In either of the roles, you will be tasked with taking the lead on the account and will have responsibility for 2/3 smaller consumer accounts.
  
This opportunity will give your autonomy and responsibility for the profitability of the accounts, growth of clients and team, people management, and mentoring opportunities.
  
You will play a key role in developing and shaping the careers of junior team members and will contribute to the wider running of the agency.
  
The role will include…
  
  • - Build and maintain lasting client relationships
  • - Add value to your clients, understanding their objectives, strategies, and delivery.
  • - Deliver impactful results for the client with strong ROI and concise reporting.
  • - Oversee the delivery of all of the clients’ campaigns, be aware of your team’s objective for activity and results, ensuring your team is in a good position to deliver the client's campaigns from skill sets to resources.
  • - Manage and meet internal and external deadlines
  
You will need to be an accomplished Account Handler for this role, with client servicing at the very heart of how you work. Have experience working on retail or FMCG accounts with an aptitude for growing and mentoring teams.
