A Principal CX Cloud Consultant position has come available in London for a specialist, award-winning CX Cloud Consultancy
  
They are looking for someone with experience of the delivery of high quality technical Oracle CX Cloud consulting services to end-clients in both functional and technical roles who can sit at the forefront of delivering innovative, intelligent solutions to positively impact their clients operations
  
Ideally having a strong technical/architectural background you will have migrated into a senior functional role as communication, client management, team leadership and commercial acumen will be important to be successful. You will be involved in strategic, operational, commercial, marketing, personnel decisions at a group level
  
Previous experience in Oracle Engagement/Eloquoa, Service Cloud, PaaS, Platform/Policy Automation and/or Siebel exposure
