Product Director

DMCG Global has been retained to identify a Product Director for a Creative Global UX agency.
 
This role will be a leadership role, responsible for Digital transformation strategy and execution of those initiatives that will drive business value. You will be working closely with multiple internal, external stakeholders and managing/mentoring your subordinates that report to you and will be required to clarify ambiguity, drive operational efficiencies and translate those business and marketing goals into effective solutions.
 
You will at times be required to be hands on and be willing to play the individual contributor on certain projects working within the development team to architect and implement solutions.You will lead programs and projects using lean agile project management tools and techniques.
 
Key Requirements

• At least 10 years’ experience at product management and/or project management

• Proven track record of delivering results in developing, implementation and driving strategies and/or transformation initiatives

• Proficiency in driving service, sales, technology and marketing transformation topics

• Experience with analytics and data-driven processes/decision making

• Experience with client management and account development planning

• Understanding of the agile mindset, design thinking techniques and customer-centricity
