A high growth challenger brand in banking/fintech sector in central London, currently specialising in B2B would love an ambitious, self-starting, forward thinking Propositions Manager at their London base.

Ideal Candidate:

• Extensive experience in B2B marketing

• Developing strong value propositions for B2B services, ideally financial services

• Work alongside product teams to bring products to market

• Use qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources and combining to generate usable insights

• working and understanding customer behaviour and trends

• strong communication and commercial skills
