DMCG Global is delighted to be partnering with a Global Tech Consulting business for Senior Account Manager in Shanghai, the home of internet businesses/fast-growing startups.
You will be working with some of the most renowned businesses in the Financial Services, Automotive, and Retail space. You will own a portfolio of accounts and manage relationships, revenue, and P&L.
You will be responsible to drive sales, presales activities and responsible for pitches and proposals to establish relationships with clients that would help facilitate winning new business.
What you will be doing?
Driving Strategic planning to support innovation & business transformation-focused conversations.
Manage account and delivery team performance
Good with resource planning
Look for solutions to provide value by solving business problems and processes.
Good understanding of the UX design process and able to synthesis data to find opportunities and solutions.
Good ability to identify short-term and long-term risk and mitigation plans.
Ability to identify new growth opportunities within portfolio account to increase the scope of work.
Requirements
4 years of experience managing accounts or portfolios of accounts
Experience with managing accounts within the following spaces (Innovation & CX Strategy, Experience Design, Digital Products, Digital Platforms, Tech/Data consulting)
Good stakeholder manager, with the ability to engage and consult with CXO on trends & opportunities within the digital, business, and tech transformation
Native Mandarin and well-spoken and written English
