Senior brand and packaging designer

We are working with the founder of a branding studio to help build his team. Currently 11 people they are busy and winning more work: from existing big brand alcohol clients to architectural and hospitality branding.

They are looking for a really talented designer (s) - senior level - with packaging and brand identity and evidence of how a brand plays out across retail and digital ideally. They do more than 2D and structural packaging. On most consumer brand projects they design toolkits for global markets with key visuals incorporating how the brand plays out on web banners and  digital OOH, social assets,  3D/ motion, POS and display stands. The full customer experience from brand and packaging to activation. Typically they don't realise the retail/POS/3D work but the designs help inspire local market agencies.

It's a small and tight team, working together in a nice studio in central/East London. They are all invested and committed to producing great work and the founder/CD wants to continue hiring great people.

The team philosophy is "work until it's done" but it's not a late night culture and you will be trusted to do what's needed. They all get a long and like each other so they want to maintain this positive environment. We are are looking for someone who doesn't want to be a cog in a big wheel - someone who wants to make a real impact. They are a talented and strategic design team used to producing amazing work at a relatively fast-pace. Does this sound like you?
