Senior Designer

A trendy CPG / branding design agency in NYC is looking for a Senior Designer.
 

• expertise in design development, large-scale projects,

and delivering a range of on-strategy concepts across 3+ pillar/key clients.

• Working closely with directors to ensure best design outcomes & execution, predict

& solve for challenges, and mentoring junior team. Supports a culture of inclusion & belonging while living our values.
 
Years of Experience:
3+ years professional experience
Previous Position: Designer
 
Mastery of:
• Big conceptual ideas linked to strategy, creating design concepts, systems,
implementation, presenting internally, and leading team discussions
• Excellent executional skills in concept development - expert typography,
image creation, art direction, layout & communication hierarchy
• Owning process and details of each project, ensuring development,
refinement, and expansion of design meets client and agency expectations
• Bringing new ideas to clients, project kick-offs, brains storms
• Adobe Suite, Digital & collaboration tools
• Production process
 
Proficient in:
• Co-leading internal crits, mentoring junior team, supporting
 
Familiarity with:
• Presenting to clients
 
Pay: 100-110k
