DMCG Global is looking for a talented, conceptual senior designer who wants to belong to a young and passionate team at a Global creative and digital agency.
Job location is Dubai, UAE
We do not necessarily want a designer who is traditional in their tools, but one who embraces other programs beyond illustrator to bring their thinking to life. A great eye for design will always come first, but that curiosity to see how they can elevate and explore their design is something we enjoy and embrace.
We are also looking for someone senior enough to own the work they are doing. While there will be oversight from the Creative Directors it’s important that the designer be at an experience level that doesn’t need constant oversight. They should also be comfortable with clients and have an ability/confidence to present their work with passion, with or without the Creative Directors.
Arabic speaking/writing is a must. Familiarity with Saudi market would be a bonus.
While we’re looking for a well-rounded designer for work that is quite varied, at this stage, the bulk of the work will be spread across Branding and identity and Digital/social. But ideally the candidate should have experience in design from print through to point of sale.
