We are looking for a Senior Designer with solid conceptual and brand-led work, and beautiful craftsmanship, for this specialist agency working. Based in central Bath and with at least part time working in the agency you will need to live in a commutable distance.
As you'll be working with cycling and triathlete brands (and all associated parts: wheels, tyres, clothing, hydration and fitness, accessories, gear parts), also cycling related associations and events, an active interest and engagement in cycling and the outdoors is deemed to be an important factor.
The agency is independent and the enthusiasm and passion for cycling comes from the top down. There 50 people all up including PR, media planning and buying and 6 account managers. Full service marketing solutions for clients.
The creative team comprises CD and Head of Design, two mid weight designers and a copywriter.
This person will 'sit' between the Head of Design and the 2 mid weights and be able to take control of and manage the development of briefs: either from initial concepts that the CD and Head of Design have initiated, or sometimes work from scratch.
Understanding, knowledge and passion for cycling and outdoor activity is inherent in all of the team and they've found it really helps when working on road, off road, parts-related or event based campaigns.
As well as a being a cycling enthusiast, you will have a beautifully curated folio of design work: from branding to broader comms (social assets, film, print ads, in store, OOH, digital campaigns). Any motion skills would be a bonus. Expert level in Adobe CC is required and a friendly, upbeat and proactive personality too please!
