Senior Fullstack Developer

The Client.
We’ve partnered up with a WA award-winning business that has been trailblazing in the tech & construction industry. With a clear focus of providing a seamless end-to-end digital user experience for customers, they are now looking for a talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join their digital pioneering business on a mission to transform a century-old industry through building innovative industry solutions.
  
  
About the Role.
While the role will be predominantly focused on the back-end side & solution design, you will have plenty of opportunity to leverage your dev skills & experience as a Senior Fullstack Developer working in a tight-knit team of frontend & backend developers locally & abroad.

• Willingness to work independently and as part of a small cross-functional product team

• Collaborate with a globally distributed team of developers and designers to deliver innovative solutions using React, NextJS, Node, PostgreSQL & AWS.

• Work with complex product data sets and processes to help deliver a streamlined experience to internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to take high-level requirements and user stories from non-technical stakeholders and break them down into technical tasks, ready for implementation

• Desire to always learn new technologies and keep up with industry trends

• Enjoy leading/mentoring junior members of the team.

About You.
You enjoy working with a young and ambitious team in a fast-paced environment. You have a natural interest to tinker and discover on your own accord.
  
The following tech stack best represents our client’s dev environment: React, NextJS, Node, PostgreSQL & AWS.

• Experience with an RDBMS (preferably PostgreSQL or SQL).

• You have experience working in a NodeJS environment. Experience with TypeScript will also be highly regarded.

• You have experience working with AWS or another cloud platform, and an understanding of modern cloud-based software architectures.

• Experience with API development and integration with third-party applications.

• You have experience working within an agile development process.

• You can work with front-end developers to build interfaces using existing React components.

• Previous DevOps experience would be a bonus but is not required.
