Senior Performance Specialist

Our partner, a global communications planning and media buying agency is looking for a Senior Performance Specialist, based in Hong Kong. The agency is breaking through with their leadership, creativity and innovation. They have worked with the world’s leading brands. They have over 100 offices worldwide and over 6,500 employees.
 
The Senior Performance Specialist must build media plans and execution strategy for multiple products, looking at previous campaign performance and market insights. You must be able to setup and execute performance campaigns across SEM, proactively identify initiatives and opportunities for market. You will be reporting directly to the Business Director. The role entails for you to work alongside with the client onsite.
 
Key Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the digital paid media operations and customer acquisitions campaigns

• Expert with Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Ads Manager, and Programmatic platforms

• Must come from a performance marketing background

• Understands web analytic metrics

• Ability to work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the team and with clients

• Ability to present and communicate ideas

• Must be fluent in English and Cantonese
