Senior Account Manager for an out of London agency who are delivering award-winning integrated communications for an impressive portfolio of clients and are based in the picturesque county of Kent.
  
This agency focuses on working with B2B tech clients an exciting and fast paces sector that is growing at a rapid rate. You will use multi-discipline, data-driven, and strategic approaches to develop creative storytelling with award-winning PR, content marketing, and social media amplification.
  
You will be working with key clients in exciting and growing industries within the tech sector from AI, data centers, renewable/sustainable technologies, and smart buildings to name a few.
  
To succeed in this role, you will ensure the smooth running of campaigns from the initial brief of designers, copywriters, junior team members to managing budgets, client relationships, and deliverables.
  
As a senior account manager, you will primarily be responsible for the management of relationships with clients, and as the senior point of contact for our customers, they will also be required to coordinate the resources needed to service projects, build strategic operational plans and balance client expectations with the execution of creative work.
Key Responsibilities
  
Client

  • - Manage the clients’ relationships always ensuring a high level of service and delivery.

  • - Support agency new business and growth strategy in creating plans, budgets and proactively seeking out new business/ organic growth opportunities.

Internal Process

  • - Main point of contact on the status of your accounts for management.

  • - Lead weekly department status meetings monitoring project delivery and profitability.

  • - Help to develop and follow agency processes to ensure efficient client delivery.

Financial

  • - Ensure the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to assure earnings, growth, and profit goals are achieved.

  • - Plan, develop and defend budget recommendations, work goals, and measurements to provide both quality and profitable service to clients.

  
The role of Senior Account Manager is a critical position within anyone’s career where you move from managing clients’ relationships to actively owning accounts outright, being involved with the growth strategy of the agency, and influence new business and client wins This agency will not only ensure you are mentored and trained internally they will also ensure you have access to CIPR and CIM accredited training courses for your continued professional development.

Agency experience is a must in this role as you will be a pivotal person within the agency’s growth and future plans.
