Lead strategy projects, in partnership with brand and creative directors
Partner with our strategy tea, to craft and lead the execution of marketing strategies for our clients
Work collaboratively with our clients and the Brand Team to develop and implement brand marketing strategy. Work with Creative and Production teams to craft strategic and creative solutions
Keep abreast of category trends, consumer insights and market intelligence across all our clients
Use your curiosity about the evolution of communications, emerging trends, technologies, and media to aid the direction and work for our clients
Develop marketing briefs that inspire clients and our teams by identifying marketing problems, researching audience/brand/cultural insights, and analyzing trends/results
Help in the development of key consumer insights using a variety of means, including qualitative and quantitative approaches, social listening, and other modern tools. Use those insights to shape the direction/evolution of our strategic thinking
This role would suit a proven Senior Strategist who is looking to step up to Strategy Director. You need to have the gravitas to command a room, the creative understanding to get work to a brilliant place, and while the heart of this role is within brand planning, to have a good sense of the wider ecosystem and varieties of tools in a strategists skill set.
Beyond this, your core competencies will be:
Experience beyond traditional brand planning. Have working knowledge of digital strategy and the overall customer experience
4-10 years hands-on experience in the development of insight and strategy
Passion for our culture, and our ever-changing media landscape, self-educated on trends in consumer behaviors and inventive ways to reach a targeted audience
Experienced with things digital, including web, mobile, display, social, location, apps
