The successful candidate will play a key role in defining the growth strategy of a global brand consultancy. This individual will help grow the agency’s capabilities in innovation, design thinking, NPD, and foresight strategy.
Develop innovation thinking and strategies to be implemented across a range of clients
Be an evangelist for innovation within the agency
Define how innovation and agile methodologies can be infused into client projects
Own major client relationships and act as the client lead and primary driver of growth in the relationship
Take a lead role in development of clientsbrand strategies, identifying opportunities for clients to grow brand value
Play a leadership role within Strategy to expand the consultancy’s offering
The role would suit a Senior Strategist with 4-6 years’ experience in brand consultancies and innovation agencies. This individual will be well versed in brand strategy, brand positioning, and brand architecture, alongside an accomplished background in innovation and design thinking. You will have experience in leading junior team members and be capable of inspiring internal teams.
