Senior Strategist – Creative Agency – NY
  
A young, fully independent creative agency is looking for a Senior Strategist to join their fast-growing team here in New York. This person will be a key member of a brand new strategy team, responsible not only for delivering on the highest quality work for clients but helping create a strategic vision and roadmap, best practices, and agency culture as they continue to expand.
  
The Sr. Strategist will report directly into the Head of Strategy and be experienced enough to lead day-to-day client relationships as required, manage multiple projects and workstreams with some senior support, and be seen by clients as the knowledge holder and earn their trust. You will also be responsible for cultivating organic growth within existing accounts as well as contribute to new business efforts and building your expertise. Eventually, you will oversee and mentor junior talent as the team grows, fostering a positive and strong work community, and helping guide their professional development. The Senior Strategist has an entrepreneurial spirit that is collaborative and innovative, striving to inspire and always doing great work both the agency and client will be proud of.

Must Have Skills:
  
· 5+ years’ experience in a creative agency
· Experience leading client relationships, projects, and cross-functional teams
· Proven track record of creating and implementing integrated brand strategies
· Solid understanding of data/research and translate into actionable insights
· Love for brands, people, and culture; driving growth and transformation
· Be passionate, endlessly curious, driven, and a self-starter
· Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
