The Opportunity.
DMCG Global are proud to have partnered up with one of WA’s leading MSP while they transition from SME projects primarily in the infrastructure space to larger enterprise projects and targeting more security centric pieces of work moving forward.
  
Following some significant wins with interesting enterprise projects in the pipeline, our client is seeking Senior Systems Engineers to grow their professional services team.
  
Our client’s environment would suit candidates who have a natural ability to break down complex technical faults, technologically up to date with new & current solutions all while being customer focused & delivering the best result to the end customer.

Although our client is based in Perth, we are happy to consider candidates across Australia to work remotely. 

The Role.
This role will see you be involved in the ongoing analyses, evaluation, design and architecture of our customer’s complex IT systems and infrastructure across the following: Public/Hybrid Cloud (Azure, AWS), Modern Workplace, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Server, enterprise storage, backup, and cybersecurity.
  
The role also encompasses the delivery component of various activities (developing & planning of conceptual solutions, presentations/demonstration, technical/product guidance) to help customer understand the proposed technical solution.

About You.

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in IT support of a medium to enterprise environment in an MSP environment

  • Proficient with Microsoft technologies - Windows Server, Exchange/Office365 Hybrid, Active Directory, Hyper-V, Microsoft Teams

  • Good working knowledge on common AV and backup applications

  • Good working knowledge of VMWare

  • Broad networking/IP Telephony skills

  • Mobile device management experience (Meraki, AirWatch, Intune essential)

  • MCSE and ITIL certifications desirable
