Senior UX Designer

Our client is a leading networked digital design agency with offices globally. They work with a range of big brands across healthcare, FMCG and tech among others. They are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join their team in London and help grow the agencies offerings and support with a number of projects.
 
The Role
 
Due to a number of new business wins, the company is seeking a senior UX Designer to join their agile design team to help lead projects and manage clients expectations. You’ll work with a variety of global brands, across a diverse range of platforms, products and services – so every project brings new and interesting challenges. You’ll have the opportunity to create experiences for websites and apps, as well as digital experiences in physical spaces – all-in-all the perfect environment to develop your UX toolkit
 
Key Responsibilities
 

• Planning and conducting various types of user research, and collaborating with data analysts to understand how experiences are performing.
• Running a range of UX workshops across various clients
• Creating personas, user scenarios and journeys, process flows, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, and the other artefacts to create and communicate the customer experience.

• Pitching and winning new business
• Mentoring junior designers

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Must have experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Omnigraffle, Sketch, Invision etc.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design methods across the full UX lifecycle
• UI design experience and foundational knowledge of development are a plus.
