The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in the continued success of a digital design and communications agency in Berlin. You will be the Senior User Experience Designer and as such will:
The role would suit a curious UX Designer, with a passion for psychology and consumer behaviour. You should be experienced in product design and strategy, while being up to date with new techniques and trends. You will also need to demonstrate expertise in cross-functional collaboration with broad cultural reference points.

- Demonstrate leadership across client projects
- Lead the design of large and complex systems of interactions
- Develop simple and elegant design solutions to complex design problems
- Manage and maintain IA/UI/UX best practices

Beyond this you will have:
- Five or more years of experience in UX research and design
- A strong portfolio showcasing your comprehensive understanding of core design principles
- Exceptional visual, verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in German
