Service Designer

DMCG Global is seeking for a Service Designer who is located in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh, KSA

The candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team of UX/UI designers, enterprise architects, business stakeholders and experts to create digital service solutions. You will be required to be hands-on design expert, taking concepts forward and working hand-in-hand with clients to implement services in a variety of settings. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert Service Design and work with a multi-disciplinary team to design and scale services for our clients.
• Design for both the target user’s experience and our client’s ability to implement and scale. 
• Develop and deliver proposals, progress reports, requirements, documentation and presentations.
• Grow and help develop junior staff and contribute to the Customer and Marketing service line within the company
• Analyze and respond to clients and stakeholders in a timely manner
• Participate in the delivery of a range of projects, defining project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Establish relationships and liaise with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in a design consultancy or equivalent position 
• Proven designs and experience of launched services that have been implemented in the real world
• Experience designing and/or implementing solutions in resource-constrained environments.
• Deep expertise in design thinking/human-centered design
• Experience crafting a project vision, execution strategy and client relationship will be preferred
• In-depth knowledge and experience within a relevant service design discipline
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
