Now seeking an experienced Social & Content Director to join a global, award-winning agency and lead a team of digital marketing media specialists. Focused on standing out from the crowd, our client strives to create cutting-edge campaigns that allow businesses to grow, transform, and succeed.
Our ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who understands all things social. They are fluent in the language of creating and planning effective media campaigns, staying ahead of digital trends, and developing brand portfolios. They are excited by the idea of working end-to-end across functions and platforms and are eager to lead a team of diverse creative media strategists.
The candidate is comfortable with injecting new social trends across projects and brands and challenging the ‘norm’ within the Media & Advertising industry. Creative and rapid responses to social lifecycles are second nature to them and extensive experience within brand media strategies are a plus. Ideal candidates should also be solutions-oriented and self-motivated.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and grow a strong social department that drives the creativity and impact for global, regional and local client businesses.
Drive industry-leading thinking on the social media landscape for our clients, playing the role of catalyst and consultant to challenge the thinking, influence senior marketers and inspire new forms of creativity.
Lead, research and write compelling creative briefs and strategies for global social campaigns and content across leading and emerging social platforms.
Collaborate across teams to lead your work from research to execution, through audience insights, trend analysis, creative development, content creation, media executions, optimisation and measurement.
Build content operations and processes across functions tailored to deliver at the speed of social.
Drive focus and understanding of how our client businesses work, and develop effectiveness frameworks that measure performance and optimise future recommendations.
Play a vital part in new business development, meeting prospective clients, presenting work and leading pitches to guide the agency into new areas, sectors and platforms.
Develop, grow and mentor a social-first team of strategists, makers, data and social listening analysts and community experts.
Champion social media internally, by becoming a trusted and proactive resource for all things social at the agency.
This role will be based in Singapore and is ideally filled by a native Singaporean or Singaporean PR; Visa sponsorship can also be offered to the right candidate. Highly competitive salary offered and an immediate start preferred.
