The Role

Fantastic opportunity for a Strategist to join a specialist fully integrated communications agency, focused on cycling. Agency is based in Bath, with a hugely vibrant, positive, friendly, active and collaborative working environment.

  • Conducting research, interviews, brainstorming sessions and workshops

  • Developing a clear understanding of client’s business environment and strategy

  • Performing competitive analysis, identifying opportunities in the landscape

  • Keeping in tune with new behaviours, platforms, tools that are changing the landscape.

  • Generating strong actionable insights

  
You

The role would suit a proven, ambitious, and energetic swiss army knife midweight, who is passionate about bikes. This role requires someone with a diverse skillset who can turn their hand to everything from comms plans, creative briefs, and qualitative research. The agency wants someone with potential, the ability to work independently and build their own relationships within the wider business.

Beyond this, you will have:

  • An understanding of various strategy and insight frameworks

  • A proven ability to conduct in-depth research and develop actionable insights

  • Solid deck writing and presentation skills

  • A sound knowledge of how digital channels work and how clients can use them

An international communications agency dedicated to cycling and tri-sports. For cycling marketing, they handle everything from strategy & research, campaign development, global media planning and buying, public relations, athlete & influencer management, social media management, brand content, and stills and video production.
