Strategy Director – Brand Consultancy – NY

​One of the most respected strategic brand consultancies, with a deep legacy in the space, is looking for a Strategy Director to take the helm across several of the agency’s most significant accounts. They are known for the ambitious nature of their work, cutting through the noise to uncover key truths that are simple and elegant, and helping brands communicate that narrative. They are driven by consumer experience and helping brands and businesses to have a positive impact on the world.

People who succeed will be change-agents, innovators, unafraid to push the boundaries and make an impact. The Strategy Director will exercise a high degree of autonomy and leadership, mentoring junior members of their team, growing client relationships as well as pursuing new business, optimizing processes/methodologies, and contributing to best practices.

This is a very exciting time for the company as they expand their US presence and are in many ways evolving their own brand.

They are currently operating on a hybrid working model, in the office 2-3 days per week.

Must Have Skills:

• Proven, strong expertise in enterprise-level brand strategy (purpose/positioning/architecture)

• Deep understanding of customer experience, insights, and innovation

• Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional teams

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
