Studio Manager

DMCG Global is partnering with a global brand experience agency. Our client has a global presence and has offices across the US, Europe and APAC. They work with a multinational leading brands across various sectors. Over the past few years, our client has transformed into a leading brand agency and is in the midst of an exciting phase of growth as they take on a Studio Manager.
 
The ideal Studio Manager candidate is someone who has prior agency experience and has worked closely with freelance artists, mechanical artists, and product management teams to ensure the requirements are met at the highest quality and standards. They will be knowledgable in campaign/project creation, financial budgeting, internal and external stakeholder management, and overall studio operations. Digital design and project management skills will also be quintessential to this role.
 
Key Requirements

• At least 5 years experience managing a studio

• Great in time management, planning and organization skills

• Experienced in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

• Excellent organizational skills, and outstanding project and time management skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Create and maintain a strong pool of creative freelancers

• Efficiently works on and monitors the development and implementation of process improvements of projects.
