About The Role
  
Working with some of the largest National and International brands, you will be joining a team of UX Designers, UI Designers, Digital Strategists, Data Scientists, and your role will be saddling both UX & UI Design.
  
  
Key Responsibilities Will Also Include
  
  • UX - Markup designs based on Baymard UX Guidelines
  • UX - Create design concepts from identified customer problems.
  • UI - Cra designs in Figma based on client design system or without a design system
  • UI - Create design systems based from client website
  • Design - Use correct composition within designs
  
  
About You
  
  • Highly proficient in Figma
  • 3+ years design agency experience working in a UX/UI or graphic design role (Not essential, however highly regarded)
  • Experience creating and using design systems
  • Experience in facilitating design workshops
  • Demonstrate lateral thinking capability
  • High understanding in main digital frameworks being; Sostac, Race, Meclabs
  • Fair competency in Google analytics
  • Experience in the Google suite (Docs, Sheets, etc)
  • Demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, and ability to rationalise design decisions with Design and non-Design stakeholders alike
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your work demonstrating your process, principles, interaction design, motion and visual aspect of your work
  • Organised, detail orientated, self-directed and comfortable working on multiple projects in an agile environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to defend and build consensus around human-centred design process
