UX Director

DMCG Global is delighted to be partnering with one of the coolest experience design agencies for a UX Director role for their regional office based in Singapore working with some of the best tech brands and coolest products and services.
 
This leadership position will be overseeing a lot of the product initiatives from concept to launch (0-1) and growth (1-100) stages of the product lifecycle. Your scope will include managing the Design team, that includes Visual designers, Interaction Designers, Motion Designers, Content Strategists, Strategists, Project manager, Product Managers, Analysts, researchers etc.
 
We're looking for strong problem-solvers that's able to think like a product manager and communicate like a design consultant. Having the experience to deliver successful products/services to market from 0-1 and 1-100 at scale.
 
Are you tech-savvy, organized, has got experience working on multiple projects simultaneously with strong project management attributes that's able to drive operational efficiencies amongst internal and external stakeholders enforcing best practices? You will also train and mentor stakeholders/ team members and facilitate design sessions, design sprints. You're able to understand and articulate the concept of how to fail fast and fail smart amongst your team and clients.
