Our client are a fast-growing mobile advertising start up and are looking to build on their already successful organization. They are a premium brand specialist, working with hundreds of clients who create innovative mobile ad campaigns to run on a variety of premium website publishers relevant to their customer base.

They are looking for an established and inspiring sales leader for its New York office to assist in managing the U.S. operation. The ideal candidate is passionate about advertising technology, digital and mobile media, is highly organized and detail-oriented, and wants to have a part in leading the growth of their N.A. operation, which launched in February 2018. The ideal candidate has strong sales and leadership experience at a tech company and/or advertising platform, with experience of working with media agencies and clients.
The Vice President’s core role consists of strategically selling the offering to U.S. media agencies and clients directly, pitching new clients and bringing onboard new brands, maintaining and growing existing partners whilst educating clients about the mobile advertising market, and ensuring great agency relationships. The U.S. office sells to the American and international markets to brands wanting to reach a local or global audience.  You will report directly to the President, N.A.
 
 
Experience
 
  • In concert with the President, N.A., leading and continuing to build the sales team of top talent sellers
  • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, problem solve and empower colleagues to work at the highest level - achieving objectives with a team approach
  • Help set sales strategy to attract new accounts and maintain existing partnerships
  • Work closely with the Client Services team to ensure high level of customer service
  • Strong knowledge of and existing relationships within the industry. Ability to build relationships with top marketing decision makers within agencies crucial. 
  • Experienced and inspirational team leader with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate – high energy and enthusiasm
  • Hands-on approach – will have good examples of personally leading critical negotiations
  • Digital media expert – able to act as a trusted strategic advisor to advertiser clients on digital media
  • Highly motivated to build the business
  • Experience we are looking for is a sales leader in NY with 10+ years’ experience and extensive agency-side proficiency/relationships
