Web Project Manager

DMCG Global is hiring for a Project Manager at a creative digital agency for a renowned global technology brand in the electronic/mobile industry working for an online interactive website. 
 
Responsibilities

• Lead and manage internal and external stakeholders involved in the Project on a day-to-day basis, ensuring high quality of output.

• Ability to formulate strategy to execute on technical production and implementation;

• Take care of system implementation/ integration, data analytics, process improvement/ enhancement programs /reporting;

• Monitor website loading performance and customer engagement on website across all markets;

• Prepare regular reports for customer analytics and performance review.

• Supervise UAT, documentations, quality control with objectives to achieve high customer satisfaction within budget, resources allocation and time frames;

Requirements:

• 6 years web project management focused on Website operation, loyalty and marketing analytics;

• In-depth knowledge and experience of E-Commerce platforms, technologies, systems and processes;

• Knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Good knowledge and strong sense of online promotion/ campaign planning with daily operation process;

• Able to multitask and work under stress in a fast-paced environment;

• Strong Leadership skills, good communication and presentation skills;

• Initiative, outgoing and a good team player;

• Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery;

• Track record in managing and executing E-commerce projects. Understanding of waterfall and agile methodologies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
