DMCG Global welcomes Ben Roberts as Managing Partner across our APAC locations. Ben will play a pivotal role in launching our new subscription-based talent product to the market, bringing with him nearly 20 years of recruitment and HR experience across the digital media, creative and technology space.

Ben previously worked in-house and led the APAC Talent function at WPP agency Essence, growing the headcount from 200 to 600 people, whilst also opening up new markets across the region.

Prior to that, Ben was Head of Talent for Publicis Communications, where he worked across world famous creative agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi and Leo Burnett across multiple geographies.

During his time at Saatchi & Saatchi, Ben also successfully filled numerous C-Level roles, as well as many other key leadership positions globally.
