DMCG Global welcomes Simon Hadfield as Managing Partner to our exciting new Sydney office in Australia. Simon will play an integral part of growing and leading the recruitment team in this region, and his knowledge, experience and connections are greatly welcomed amongst the DMCG Global team.

Simon brings with him over 25 years of industry experience across the advertising, creative, media and marketing sectors and has previously worked with leading agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi London, DDB Sydney, BWM Dentsu and UM.

His previous role as Leadership Consultant for Hourigan International, successfully led to a significant number of senior marketing placements across Australia, and now, with DMCG Global he will have the opportunity to extend his recruitment capabilities on a much, larger scale. ​

Commenting on his new appointment, Simon said he is looking forward to starting this role as it is a ‘entrepreneurial and independent opportunity’ that will allow him ‘greater freedom to operate on his own terms.’
