Sarah began her career in client services within agencies before moving into recruitment in 2013. Over the past 12 years, she has delivered end-to-end talent solutions for some of the world’s leading agencies and brands, building long-term partnerships grounded in trust and her own deep industry knowledge.

Most recently, Sarah successfully ran her own recruitment business, and while she valued the autonomy, she was looking to reconnect with the kind of community that a global partner-led model like DMCG Global offers.
