We’re looking for a seriously talented Creative and Design hybrid  to join a 'perfectly-formed' strategic consultancy of clever and very lovely people  who work with  high profile clients - across FMCG, Professional Services and leisure/entertainment brands.

You'll be working remotely, 4 or 5 days a week, aside from the odd team meeting and client trip. The consultancy does have central London office space. This is a fantastic opportunity for a conceptual, strategic visual ‘all-rounder’ who can not only conceive of powerful brand and marketing ideas but can also bring them to life visually as client-ready design assets in proposal/pitch decks.

 
The right person is likely to be someone who thrives in a senior creative role, with gravitas and smarts to collaborate with the strategic partners and clients and who enjoys being hands-on and realising concepts themselves.  You will be someone who is also passionate about technology, especially Generative AI and its ability to produce hi fidelity visual assets effectively that are brand and culturally-relevant.

 Essential skills:
  • Must have highly developed design skills in addition to creative concepting - this person needs to be able to bring ideas to life visually, not necessarily rely on a designer for visualisation - unless project workflow requires additional design muscle.
  • Experience with generative AI to optimise the production/creation of visual assets (for mockups/decks etc)
  • Ability to be ‘all in’ with the strategy team from the start to understand the business / brand challenge. Often working with the strategy lead as a ‘double act’
  • Conduct creatively-led investigation to brief research (visual stimulus, semiotics,etc) to inform the strategic direction.
  • Creatively and conceptually work directly with strategy and the delivery teams, to act as a ‘sparring partner’ in search of creative excellence.
  • Develop concepts to test and inform the strategy (a key principle is that we develop strategy and creative in collaboration with each other), including: illustrative territories e.g. manifesto, brand worlds, etc to demonstrate breadth of creative options
  • Developed platform or brand ideas i.e. big unifying / organising thoughts to drive equity
  • Activation thought-starters across brand communication, action, community, product innovation, experience, etc
  • Ideas for creative use of technology in support of strategy objectives
  • Ability to succinctly build creative narrative within a deck (Keynote, G Slides)
  • A passion and confidence with generative AI is a must (both use as a creative tool and in-depth understanding of tech opportunities)
  • Proficient with image generation / manual design tools e.g. Photoshop (able to visualise ideas)
  • Work with consultant team to recommend pilots to test strategy / ideas ‘IRL’
  • Confident presentation style and authority to defend strategy / ideas
  • Energy and passion for working hard and fast, with smart people, in a progressive strategic / creative consulting practice
