Dependent on experience and expertise, will range from 150k-225k+.

You
- Possess 5-8+ years of experience at known top-tier creative agencies.
- Have overseen big-budget work.
- Have won a Clio or Cannes Lion for your craft.
- Absolutely love advertising.
- Have a stunning portfolio with insanely creative and story-driven work for household brands.
- Have cut your teeth in copy at the big dog agencies and are ready to make a huge mark on an office.
- Are fiercely ambitious and want to produce more award-winning work.
- Are a client whisperer - confident and well-spoken.
- Ready to be a creative partner to a managing director, owning all creative for the office.
- A passionate mentor.
- Based in NYC and willing to come into the office 4-5 days a week.
