New brief from  an independent, award-winning agency, SW London-based. Great team, great energy, great studio environment: ideally hybrid working from 2022 and when legislation allows. At the moment working from home.

We are looking for an FMCG Art Director/Designer, who is 60% conceptual, 40% designer: a 'one-stop-shop' ability to devise campaign ideas, put together a creative presentation and then bring the concepts to life through to beautifully crafted design, incl. key visuals. This role is right for someone with a voracious appetite to learn new skills and keep abreast of trends and influences in popular culture.  Experience with Adobe XD and an interest in web and app design would be an advantage.
 
Senior creatives in the agency are all able to tackle a host of creative disciplines and work directly with the client services dept. and alongside of the Creative Group Head or CD. You will have the ambition to create standout ideas  - whether working on large budget projects or developing executions  within brand guidelines.
 
We are looking for creatives with good experience of working with FMCG clients, with experience of developing and designing integrated  campaigns from concept to execution… to engage consumers and make them engage with a brand. You'll be someone who loves coming up with ideas and loves bringing them to life just as much. Someone who takes pride and delight in owning or a project all the way through, working with the senior creative team to create something exceptional.
 
The client portfolio currently consists of consumer brands including alcohol (spirits and beer), consumer leisure (hotels), travel and tobacco.

Disciplines that you will touch include: Branding & Comms, Social & Digital, Animation & storyboarding, OOH, Trade Comms, Shopper marketing, Experiential marketing, Content, Packaging design.
 
The salary for this role is £45-55K.
