This is a great opportunity to join a respected branding studio and join the branding team which is currently 3 DDs, 1SD, 1 mid weight, 1 junior and some interns.
We met the CD who is lovely - very humane, friendly, funny and a smart and approachable guy with 15 years' experience working a top London studios. He join the studio early 2022 and decided on this opportunity for the variety of work: the opportunity to work on large multi million pound briefs and smaller interesting brands and for the people. He also knew it to be strategically robust and a leader in it's field.
Whilst the studio has several international offices and is probably one of the bigger branding agencies about, it is not a behemoth and they are working on a real mix of work from a household 'toy' manufacturer rebrand, to an electric bike company, to an online streaming service as well as work with some large corporates such as a healthcare company.
We are looking for two talented Senior Designers. We need people who are strategically smart, good communicators, grown up, with good rigour around the design process, curiousity and people who can have, and will enjoy, conversations about the insights, strategy and the decisions made in the design process.
In return you will enjoy flexible working, trusted relationships with DDs and the CDs, a sense of ownership and value and you won't encounter stuffy old CDs. You will find entrepreneurial and interesting people as clients and in the team.

this is a grown up work place supporting flexible working and is 2 days a week in the studio, Thursday is when the whole team is on site. Some of the team chose to go in 4 days, it's up to the person.
